What you will do

• Manage projects impacting Field Operations Teams, including scheduling meetings and establishing goals.
• Support system enhancements, including JIRAs, upgrades, and releases.
• Create presentations to communicate complex business concepts.
• Translate business needs into engaging narratives to drive standardization and efficiencies.
• Manage timelines and communicate with various teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent practical work experience.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Good analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience.
• Experience in a corporate setting in a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated practical experience in Lean Six Sigma methods and techniques.
• Advanced analytical skills including experience with Power BI, SQL and Big Query.
