What you will do

• Develop and execute global privacy frameworks, programs, and policies to mitigate risks.
• Oversee implementation and monitoring of privacy programs and ROPA compliance group-wide.
• Conduct Transfer Impact Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Organize privacy training sessions to foster a strong data privacy culture.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Legal teams to integrate privacy solutions into business strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on privacy risks and support Data Processing Agreement negotiations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law with a focus on data protection or privacy law.
• 5+ years of experience in privacy law and compliance, specifically including GDPR implementation.
• Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• English proficiency: Fluent required (additional European languages are a plus).

Nice to have

• CIPP/E, CIPM, or DPO certification.
• Fluency in Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
