What you will do

• Support the creature team by ensuring smooth workflow between production departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
• Coordinate with various artist teams to maintain efficient project timelines.
• Facilitate the rigging and animation process.
• Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent shows.
• Direct technical problems to senior TDs when necessary.

Requirements

• Legal entitlement to work in Vancouver, Canada (PR or Citizenship).
• Experience with Maya, rigging, and animation workflows.
• Knowledge of cloth and hair simulation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic working knowledge of Linux.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Python scripting and coding knowledge.
• Experience with Houdini.
• Degree in VFX or a related field.
