What you will do

• Manage and oversee modeling and surfacing outputs to ensure client standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists, providing constructive feedback and growth support.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to track schedules and mitigate project bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges in the production pipeline alongside CG supervisors.
• Champion workflow improvements and streamline asset delivery to downstream departments.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada required
• 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisor position overseeing asset creation.
• Expert proficiency in Maya and deep understanding of industry-standard asset workflows.
• Experience using Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid) for project management.
• Strong grasp of the full animation production pipeline and technical troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with hybrid 2D/CG aesthetic workflows.
• Expertise in both episodic television and feature film asset pipelines.
