What you will do

• Define information architecture, user journeys, and wireframes for complex web applications.
• Maintain a modular design system including components, patterns, and design tokens.
• Drive accessibility audits and remediation plans to meet Section 508/WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Partner with engineering teams to oversee implementation and provide dev-ready assets.
• Conduct rapid usability testing and synthesize findings to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate on data visualization and dashboard hierarchies for operational needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to satisfy federal agency requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-DOD government clearance.
• Strong knowledge of React constraints and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing enterprise or Government Tech SaaS products.
• Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs.

Nice to have

• Experience as a React/TypeScript developer.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow default styling and UI Builder.
• Understanding of federal digital service standards and procurement domains.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal agencies.
