Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in the closest ET/CT local office within 50 miles of Waltham, MA; Coppell, TX; Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; or Plantation, FL.

Salary: $128,900.00 - $226,050.00 USD

• Lead the design and development of the UpToDate Expert AI mobile application.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience as a Lead UX Designer in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience building mobile web and native apps.
• Familiarity with Lean Product and Lean UX principles.
• Ability to act as a liaison among UX, product, clinical, and technology teams.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in payer and provider sectors.
• Agency experience.
• Deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and motion design principles.
