What you will do

• Drive the creative vision of projects and develop compelling narratives aligned with brand objectives.
• Oversee all stages of production, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to final output.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including Producers, Editors, Videographers, and VFX artists.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
• Take responsibility for budget management and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Anticipate emerging digital media trends to keep projects innovative and competitive.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Producer (minimum 4–5 years).
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality productions for major brands.
• Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with experience mentoring junior staff.
