VFX Production Coordinator

What you will do

• Support Producers and Executive Producers with bidding, scheduling, and project setup.
• Manage communication flow between departments and liaise with scheduling for artist assignments.
• Attend dailies, track notes, and ensure project milestones remain on schedule.
• Coordinate with outsource partners for roto, prep, and tracking tasks.
• Maintain and refine workflows within ShotGrid and CETA platforms.
• Assist in the creation of pitch decks and facilitate client communications.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Production Coordinator in high-end VFX, Advertising, TV, or Film.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end VFX pipeline and colour grading workflows.
• Proficiency with CETA bidding and scheduling software.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage complex project priorities.
• Must be available for hybrid work in London.

• Experience with ShotGrid or FTrack project management tools.
