• Lead the creative cycle from ideation to final delivery.
• Manage and elevate creative teams and partners.
• Drive creative quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Experience in owning the creative production and strategy for mobile gaming
• Strong understanding of creative pipelines and asset production.
• Experience leading creative teams and external partners.
• Ability to connect creative vision with execution.
• Hands-on understanding of playables and their role in game marketing performance.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling creative production or improving workflows through automation, tools, or AI-assisted pipelines.
