What you will do

• Win and deliver exciting VFX projects, managing the full production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with EPs and Head of Production to execute sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Manage project schedules efficiently using Ceta and other industry software.
• Pitch and bid on projects while coordinating creative treatments with the team.
• Deliver client feedback constructively and manage project budgets and timelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in production specifically within Advertising VFX.
• Solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and delivery requirements.
• Existing network of clients with a drive to develop new relationships.
• Proven ability managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Ceta or equivalent industry-standard software.
