What you will do

• Supervise daily Tenprint floor operations and manage prime contractor team members.
• Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and maintain identification accuracy.
• Compile and deliver accurate weekly and monthly biometric data reports.
• Act as the primary 24/7 escalation point for high-priority cases.
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and performance resolution for staff.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and provide training for new and existing employees.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proven professional track record in Tenprint identification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant hands-on experience in a similar environment.
• Current IAI (International Association for Identification) or equivalent relevant credential.
• Experience maintaining high-level identification and billing accuracy over a sustained period.
• Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA.
