What you will do

• Define and lead test strategies across APIs, UI surfaces, and event-driven workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Implement and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines to ensure release readiness.
• Collaborate with SRE and product teams to integrate observability and reliability into system design.
• Mentor QA team members and standardize best practices for testing complex distributed systems.
• Drive root cause analysis for production incidents and track defect trends for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 5-7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance
• Proficiency in test automation using Java or Python-based services
• Experience with UI automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and contract testing methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and SQL
• Ability to complete a one-week onsite onboarding in Tennessee
