What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain test strategies and comprehensive test suites for SaaS products.
• Build and maintain automation for regression, functional, performance, and data validation testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Identify, report, and track defects while ensuring high-level reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Mentor junior team members and influence quality culture across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering for SaaS-based distributed software.
• 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare domain (HIPAA, HL7, X12, FHIR).
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium or Appium.
• Strong background in SQL, data verification, and backend API validation.
• Proven ability to define testing standards in complex, evolving environments.
• Must be located in the US (EST or CST time zones).

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• ISTQB certification.
