What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for wireless protocol validation.
• Execute comprehensive test plans to verify the stability and performance of 15.4-based stacks.
• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline continuous integration.
• Collaborate with firmware and DevOps teams to enhance automation coverage and quality metrics.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, and document software issues within Linux environments.
• Utilize Python to build utilities for data analysis and automated regression testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience working in Linux environments for development and debugging.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and version control systems.
• Basic understanding of networking and wireless technologies.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Boston office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IEEE 802.15.4 wireless technologies like Zigbee or OpenThread.
• Experience with AI tools like Cursor, VS Code, CoPilot, and ChatGPT.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or GitHub CI.
• Familiarity with network analysis and packet sniffing tools.
