Salary: $101,500 – $188,500 USD

What you will do

• Design and execute functional, performance, and stress tests for embedded wireless and MCU products.
• Develop automation tests for regular execution within continuous integration pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to debug issues found during the test cycle.
• Work with sales and field engineers to emulate customer environments and resolve complex field issues.
• Maintain and manage a distributed test network.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and optimize existing deployment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of industry experience in software development or test automation.
• Proficiency in Python/Pytest and C/C++.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, and GIT.
• Knowledge of data communications, networking (TCP/IP), and wireless protocols.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for analysis and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of WiFi and Thread protocols.
• Experience with REST API development.
• Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking systems.
• Previous team leadership or coordination experience.
