About the Role

You will plan and run in-person programmes and events, manage client partnerships and end-to-end sales, and execute marketing to grow attendance and revenue. You will handle invoices and administrative tasks, organise team socials, coordinate multiple projects to meet deadlines, and support internal teams to improve operational efficiency. You will travel for events and ensure smooth on-site execution.

Requirements

• Early work experience or recent/upcoming graduate (future start dates accepted)
• Desire to be a Bizops Manager in a startup
• Proven academic track record (2:1 or above from a leading university)
• Confidence with leadership potential
• Evidence of extracurricular achievements or relevant projects
• Interest in Web3 encouraged but not required
• Strong social and people skills demonstrated through team activities or leadership roles
• Based in London and able to work in-office most days

Responsibilities

• Lead planning coordination and execution of in-person programmes in London and globally
• Develop and maintain client partnerships and manage end-to-end sales processes
• Execute marketing strategies to promote events and initiatives
• Oversee in-house administration including managing invoices and operational tasks
• Organise team social events
• Coordinate multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to support growth and efficiency
