About the Role

You will orchestrate a portfolio of educational initiatives, including hackathons, accelerators, bootcamps, and events. You will manage complex online and in-person events across locations, coordinate logistics, and ensure excellent participant experience. You will build and maintain relationships with participants, clients, stakeholders, and sponsors, and work cross-functionally with Operations, Talent, and other internal teams to deliver smooth programmes.

Requirements

• Early work experience or recent/upcoming graduate
• Proven academic track record (2:1 or above from a leading university)
• Strong desire to be a Programme Manager in a startup
• Evidence of atypical achievements beyond undergraduate degree such as extracurricular activities projects or side-hustles
• Strong social abilities and people skills demonstrated through team-based activities or leadership roles
• Based in London and able to work in the office most days

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of educational programmes
• Collaborate with the Head of Research and Programmes to innovate and enhance programme offerings
• Manage complex online and in-person events including international venues
• Foster relationships with participants clients stakeholders and sponsors
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations Talent and internal teams to optimise logistics and participant experience
