TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead a multi-vendor programme delivering large-scale platform modernisation.
• Oversee concurrent workstreams ensuring alignment with established governance models.
• Provide senior-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Manage complex interdependencies across vendors, systems, and migration activities.
• Drive performance through rigorous KPI tracking, risk management, and budget oversight.
• Facilitate decision-making and remove delivery blockers across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programmes within the retail sector.
• Strong track record in running agile projects (e.g., Scrum) at scale across multiple teams.
• Ability to blend agile delivery methodologies with traditional governance frameworks.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex dependencies between multiple vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate diplomatically in complex environments.
• Solid technical awareness to interpret and communicate complex technical requirements.
