What you will do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of the BTG transformation project, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
- Define and maintain the integrated transformation plan across OLIVER, BTG, and workstreams; drive progress, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned.
- Establish and run programme governance including weekly/bi-weekly forums, executive updates, status reporting, decision logs, and change control.
- Own the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies): ensure clear owners, due dates, mitigation plans, and timely escalation with options and recommendations.
- Coordinate regional rollouts in a globally consistent but locally tailored way, partnering with operational leads to drive readiness and adoption.
- Support the design of AI-enabled workflows, creating training materials and delivering enablement sessions; drive go-live readiness and post-launch hyper care to embed new ways of working.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Client Services, Programme Management, Operations and/or Transformation—ideally within large network agencies or complex global organisations.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder change programmes (preferably new client implementations and/or operating model transformation).
- Strong programme management fundamentals (planning, governance, budgeting, dependencies, change control).
- Confident working globally across regions, cultures and time zones.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement: able to influence, align and drive decisions across senior and cross-functional groups.
- Strong general technical fluency; able to engage on platforms, integrations, workflow tooling and data/automation/AI concepts at a high level.
