What you will do

• Shape the visual direction of creative projects and campaigns.

• Guide creative projects from concept through final delivery.
• Present and communicate creative rationale clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support new business initiatives through sharp visual thinking.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the creative field with 3+ years in a senior art direction or leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in art direction, visual systems, and digital/social work.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
• Must be able to work onsite in Boston.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
