What you will do

• Define and evolve the visual strategy and design systems for brand and marketing initiatives.
• Lead creative development from concept to execution for performance advertising and employer brand content.
• Provide actionable, craft-focused feedback to designers, writers, and editors to ensure consistent brand guardrails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including brand strategy, product marketing, and channel owners to adapt content for diverse platforms.
• Create hands-on assets, storyboards, and presentations while maintaining high design standards.
• Ensure technical and performance specifications are met across all creative assets, including video and photography shoots.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Art Director in-house or at a creative agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven campaigns and cohesive visual systems (typography, color, layout).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Austin, Sherman Oaks, or Mountain View offices.
• Deep experience directing photography, illustration, and video production from pre-production through post.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage feedback-heavy, fast-paced creative environments.
