Salary: $150,000-$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead large, multi-level creative teams, fostering talent growth and development.
• Partner across cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, production, and social teams.
• Ideate content series, brainstorm with the AI team, and craft culture-shifting activation ideas.
• Transform strategic thinking into best-in-class creative work.
• Craft and deliver presentations that sell ideas and expand client relationships.
• Prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines while maintaining a high-level of craft and detail.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an integrated agency setting.
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or other creative concentrations.
• A track record of award-winning, earned-centric, and 360 creative work.
• Deep understanding of the style/fashion/beauty/home decor landscape.
• Proven success partnering across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Relevant agency experience in concept development, art direction, and/or copywriting.
• Understanding of the production process for initiatives of various shapes and sizes.
• A natural flare for the unique, the buzz-worthy, and the culturally relevant.
