What you will do

• Partner with an Associate Creative Director-Copywriter and creative leadership to concept and plan integrated campaigns.
• Create and design earned-first, social-by-design campaign ideas for clients and new business pitches.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, project management, and influencer teams.
• Develop tactics which bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectives.
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, providing direction to other team members as needed.
• Prepare and present client creative presentations; Drive client approval process.

Requirements

• At least 6 years experience managing day-to-day changes with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design.
• A social-first thinker fluent in platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Proven track record in 360 campaigns with an earned-first mindset.
• Passion for style, fashion, beauty, and home decor, with an eye for cultural nuance.
• Professional-level mastery of industry standard design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
