What you will do

• Drive the direction of technical solutions, and work on different technologies such as deep learning, AWS, Auto ML, real-time ML serving systems.
• Design, develop, and production software to support scalable offline machine-learning pipelines and online serving components.
• Optimize the performance of machine-learning models, improve the team’s machine learning productivity, and advance the technical foundation to empower science innovation.
• Ensure relevant ads are served to hirify.global's customers.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide them to deliver high impacting products and services for hirify.global customers and sellers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
