What you will do

• Architect and implement features that drive direct customer value across backend services and infrastructure.
• Lead initiatives in high-volume workflow automation and scalable data processing.
• Design and maintain complex systems that leverage machine learning to automate patient referral tasks.
• Drive performance optimization efforts across all stack layers to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to incorporate user feedback into product development.
• Maintain a founder’s mindset by driving projects from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Proven track record of building scalable web applications and high-volume workflow automation.
• Experience integrating machine learning models into production environments and optimizing data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work from the Chelsea office 4 days per week.
