• Contribute to the strategic direction of tools through deep user empathy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship.
• Proven track record executing end-to-end on complex products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work from San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle offices as required by the hybrid policy.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, or developer tools.
• Experience with prototyping using front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS).
