What you will do

• Strategize, prioritize, and execute feature development for the core product platform.
• Coach and mentor engineering direct reports to deliver high-quality work and grow in their careers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and Security teams to synthesize requirements and align technical roadmaps.
• Improve engineering processes related to infrastructure growth, support, accountability, and team alignment.
• Communicate complex platform reliability and security matters effectively to non-technical stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior engineer building product features and full-stack web applications.
• At least 2 years of experience leading software engineers (as a manager or technical lead).
• BS/MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Sound foundational understanding of system and software design principles.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing and accountable technical teams.
