Salary: $105,000–$140,000 per year (for CA, OR, WA residents).

What you will do

• Provide email and live technical support to enterprise customers, resolving critical outages and complex technical issues.
• Identify, reproduce, and document product bugs while submitting formal reports to the Engineering team.
• Collaborate with software developers, sales engineers, and technical account managers to align on customer issues.
• Improve support processes, author technical run-books, and create public documentation.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through proactive communication and technical advocacy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of advanced customer-facing technical support experience.
• Proficiency with MySQL/MariaDB and SQL query optimization.
• Strong sysadmin/QA skill set, including Linux, system I/O monitoring, and network throughput analysis.
• Experience with scripting or coding in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Must be able to work 9:00 AM PT - 6:00 PM PT and participate in an on-call rotation.
