Senior Designer (Graphic Design): Delivering extraordinary branding and packaging solutions for FMCG clients with an accent on conceptual exploration, pack hierarchy, and range navigation. Focus on developing striking visual designs from strategy to final delivery and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Location: Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid model (approx. 4 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Support Design Directors and colleagues in creating innovative design solutions that align with client objectives.
• Conduct deep conceptual exploration to develop alternative and unique design directions.
• Evaluate and push design options based on creative strategy and project briefs.
• Develop comprehensive design strategies and detailed product messaging plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and interact directly with clients to advocate for creative excellence.
• Manage complex packaging requirements including hierarchies and range navigation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within a professional brand or design agency.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating recent work and a track record of creative idea generation.
• Deep understanding of current creative design trends and visual communication standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present to and engage with clients.
