What you will do

• Lead comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise solutions.
• Design and architect AI-integrated solutions that align with organizational objectives and standards.
• Define migration strategies and clear roadmaps for system evolution.
• Partner with architecture specialists, project managers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Evaluate AI platforms, APIs, and cloud services to recommend best-fit solutions.
• Support training and documentation efforts to ensure effective user adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering IT applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community Clouds), Oracle ERP/SCM, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Renewals, and Subscription Analytics processes.
• Proven ability to develop strategies for production-grade solution maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex architectural challenges.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and risk management strategies.
• Ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
