What you will do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on modern CCaaS and CX platforms for enterprise clients.
  • Analyze business requirements to design comprehensive technical architectures integrating CRM, AI, WFM, and omnichannel tools.
  • Create detailed project estimates, including costs, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Develop holistic solution designs covering telephony, data flows, and security.
  • Support sales teams with technical deep dives and innovative solution proposals.
  • Evaluate and incorporate emerging AI and CCaaS innovations into current offerings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in CX/Contact Center ecosystems.
  • 5+ years of professional services experience with Genesys Cloud or similar CCaaS platforms like Amazon, Five9, or NICE.
  • 2+ years of experience with AI technologies such as voice/chat bots, agent assist, or automated QM.
  • Strong background with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
  • Proven expertise in managing CRM integrations like Salesforce and omnichannel routing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have

  • 3 years of specific expertise integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and speech analytics.
