What you will do

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team covering DevOps, Application Management, and Internal IT.
• Take end-to-end accountability for AWS infrastructure performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Enable engineering teams via robust CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and reliable automation tooling.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in critical infrastructure components and system architecture.
• Collaborate with product and security stakeholders to drive the company technical strategy.
• Oversee monitoring and incident management to ensure high platform availability.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in Stockholm, Sweden.
• 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure teams operating production AWS environments at scale.
• Hands-on technical background with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices and cost optimization.
• Professional proficiency in English.
