What you will do

  • Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns on Meta and other channels.
  • Optimize ad performance to achieve key targets for ROAS and CPA.
  • Develop and test new hypotheses to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to produce and refine ad content.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $100K on Meta platforms.
  • Proficiency in tracking and optimizing core metrics like ROI, LTV, and Churn.
  • Experience utilizing data visualization and product analytics tools such as Amplitude and Tableau.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English required.

  • Creative thinking and a strong ability to contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Systematic work approach and ability to make decisions based on data.
