What you will do
- Create and manage user acquisition messaging campaigns via SMS, Viber, and Google Messages using proprietary Big Data tools.
- Manage full-cycle campaigns from initial strategy to execution and continuous optimization.
- Analyze performance data to ensure strong ROI and efficient budget allocation.
- Optimize existing creative strategies and funnels while testing new acquisition channels.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing retention or performance-based UA campaigns using the CPA model.
- Experience in e-commerce, banking, or insurance verticals.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Must be based in Ukraine to support the hybrid work format.
Nice to have
- Experience with email marketing or Telecom-based channels.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Knowledge of SQL.
