What you will do

• Own and optimize end-to-end web funnels across multiple traffic sources.
• Design and execute A/B tests to drive improvements in CVR, ARPU, and LTV.
• Develop and validate new sales angles and funnel iterations to capture market growth.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of growth experiments based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to implement funnel improvements.
• Analyze competitor landscapes and user research to identify new monetization opportunities.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2C product marketing, growth, or monetization roles.
• Deep understanding of subscription economics and funnel metrics.
• Proven ability to run A/B tests and quantify their business impact.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data tools such as Amplitude or Tableau.
• Prior experience working with paid traffic funnels and cross-functional teams.
• Capability to define hypotheses and effectively prioritize experiments in a fast-paced environment.
