• Develop and refine brand narratives and messaging frameworks for varied audience segments.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team covering content, growth, product, and brand.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.
• Implement data-driven growth strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Oversee high-level communication and thought leadership efforts to build market credibility.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience across growth, brand, and product marketing.
• 5+ years of senior leadership managing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record in multi-product businesses, marketplaces, or SaaS environments.
• Exceptional ability to craft positioning and communication strategies for broad audiences.
• Strong experience in digital growth and audience development.
• Excellent English communication skills.
