What you will do
- Create, manage, and scale performance advertising campaigns across Meta, AppLovin, and TikTok.
- Own and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and total spend.
- Develop and test data-driven hypotheses to enhance user acquisition efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with PMMs and creative teams to improve product messaging and ad assets.
- Conduct competitive research to identify new strategies, channels, and creative opportunities.
- Brainstorm innovative ideas to drive growth and user engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $100K on paid social channels.
- Strong proficiency in marketing metrics and their impact on business growth.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Amplitude or Tableau.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
- Ability to adapt quickly and support decisions with data-driven evidence.
