What you will do
- Manage and lead a team of over 20 creative marketers, motion designers, and graphic designers.
- Streamline creative production processes to increase overall efficiency and quality.
- Analyze and optimize creative performance using data to drive messaging decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with user acquisition, product marketing, and analytics teams.
- Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time and meet high quality standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creative production, advertising, or related fields.
- Expertise in video production, graphic design, copywriting, and digital advertising.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics for decision-making.
- Experience managing multiple complex creative projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of major digital marketing platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- English: B2+ level or higher required (written and spoken).
