What you will do
- Define and execute outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and value proposition to negotiation and contract closure.
- Coordinate communication between clients, delivery teams, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline, documentation, and CRM workflows.
- Create persuasive sales assets, including case studies, decks, and demo materials.
- Analyze sales data and call performance to refine processes and improve team conversion rates.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Business Development.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline reporting, and sales documentation.
- English proficiency: Excellent communication and writing skills are required for client-facing materials.
- Comfortable working in U.S. time zones.
- Self-directed and remote-first work capability.
