What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to automate compliance and support operations.
• Design, build, and maintain internal tools to ensure compliance processes are efficient and audit-ready.
• Integrate services with external compliance and financial systems.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic.
• Extensive experience working with PostgreSQL in production environments.
• Solid knowledge of microservice architectures and various storage systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• English: B1+ level required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or customer-facing product companies.
• Knowledge of compliance or financial services requirements.
• Experience with Temporal or AI-related frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin.
