TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global); Time zone overlap required: 8am-1pm EST

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based solutions, services, and RESTful APIs.
  • Build scalable, reliable, and secure integration layers for automated billing data transfer.
  • Participate in system architecture and design discussions to provide technical insights.
  • Ensure high code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex integration workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Python development and related frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience building integrations between on-premise and cloud systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Working hours overlap required: 8am-1pm (EST).

Nice to have

  • Experience with billing or financial systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.
