What you will do

• Manage daily banking operations and ensure secure, timely transaction execution.
• Track and analyze account balances and financial statements.
• Oversee liquidity management and reallocate funds to maintain optimal balances.
• Communicate directly with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor banking system functionality to prevent potential disruptions.
• Prepare documentation for financial monitoring and assist with cash flow reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in treasury operations, banking, or payment systems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Conversational English and Russian required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, multitasking environment.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work on a shift-based schedule including evening hours.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
