What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for public sector deployments, prioritizing features based on regulatory landscapes and customer input.
• Translate government standards (data sovereignty, Protected B/C, accessibility) into clear product requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Collaborate with applied ML engineers and forward-deployed engineers to build custom AI solutions for government agencies.
• Support GTM efforts including RFP responses and technical evaluations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to departmental CIOs and IT directors regarding AI adoption in constrained environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or infrastructure platforms.
• Experience working with or within Canadian government, defence, or public sector organizations.
• Eligibility to obtain Top Secret Canadian government security clearance.
• Strong ability to align cross-functional teams including legal, sales, and engineering without formal authority.
• Excellent communication skills for both senior government officials and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Active Canadian government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
• Knowledge of Treasury Board policies and GC Cloud service environments (AWS GovCloud/Azure Government).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
