What you will do

  • Provide professional support to users across written communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate user issues.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, reports, and knowledge base assets.
  • Contribute to the refinement of support regulations and operational rules.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support with a focus on written channels.
  • English: B2 level proficiency required.
  • Russian: Fluent proficiency required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interest in the crypto and digital asset domain.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in the crypto sphere.
