What you will do
- Design and prioritize experimentation roadmaps including A/B tests for paywalls and onboarding.
- Manage client performance metrics such as trial starts, conversion rates, and revenue per user.
- Lead client onboarding, regular check-ins, and strategic workshops on monetization.
- Launch and manage campaigns across multiple client applications.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis, hypothesis generation, and reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with product designers to execute visual experiments and improve user flow.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience growing subscription-based mobile apps.
- Proven track record of influencing monetization metrics and designing experiment roadmaps.
- Proficiency with tools such as hirify.global, RevenueCat, or Adapty.
- Must be based in the EU or US East Coast time zone.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion funnels and cohort data.
- Professional proficiency in English.

- Background in product management or growth engineering.
- Experience with ASO, paid acquisition, or full-funnel mobile marketing.
- Experience building reporting dashboards or automated growth workflows.
- Personal experience building or managing a subscription app/side project.
