 Goodville AG is a mobile game publisher behind Goodville, a farming game played by millions of users worldwide.
 We are looking for a Senior ASO Specialist who can drive organic growth at scale and work closely with the User Acquisition team to maximize overall store performance.
 
 Responsibilities
• Develop and execute ASO strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and store conversion in the App Store and Google Play
• Work closely with the User Acquisition team to optimize store performance in high paid-traffic environments
• Optimize metadata and store assets across multiple locales
• Plan and run store experiments, A/B tests, and Custom Product Page strategies
• Manage platform features such as In-App Events, Promotional Content, and other store initiatives
• Monitor keyword rankings, store performance, and competitive landscape
• Analyze ASO impact on organic installs, store conversion, and UA performance
• Support initiatives aimed at securing App Store / Google Play featuring opportunities
• Collaborate with creative teams on store assets
• As a plus, contribute to social and community initiatives that may improve store visibility

 Requirements
• 3+ years of ASO experience, preferably in mobile gaming
• Experience working on large-scale mobile apps or games with significant traffic volumes
• Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking factors and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with store experiments, CPP strategies, and A/B testing
• Experience working closely with User Acquisition teams
• Experience working on initiatives aimed at securing App Store / Google Play featuring
• Experience with ASO analytics tools (AppTweak, SensorTower, MobileAction, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Fluent English
