What you will do

• Take full ownership of backend features from ideation to production in a small product squad.
• Develop and maintain high-performance services using Ruby on Rails and Go.
• Design and optimize complex PostgreSQL queries and database schemas for large-scale data processing.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to ship scalable solutions.
• Manage technical infrastructure, including deployment pipelines and performance monitoring.
• Maintain and extend integrations with major ad platform APIs like Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Requirements

• Deep professional expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Confident proficiency in Go for backend services.
• Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL performance optimization and indexing.
• Solid experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure tools like Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Pragmatic approach to utilizing AI tools in development workflows.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with the AWS stack.
• Previous experience in AdTech or MarTech industries.
