What you will do

• Design and build backend features that empower support agents to resolve member issues effectively.
• Improve and rearchitect critical components of the internal ticketing platform.
• Build scalable systems capable of processing high volumes of support tickets and messages.
• Contribute to automation and AI-powered solutions to optimize ticket routing and resolution.
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through pair programming and code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production experience.
• Experience building scalable backend systems.
• Willingness to work with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to take initiative and drive improvements in complex environments.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
