What you will do

• Build APIs and backend services using Ruby on Rails to power payment infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable database schemas, background workers, and external service integrations.
• Develop non-custodial wallet logic, payout systems, and card-issuing components.
• Maintain system security, observability, and performance under real-world load.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Frontend, and Product teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production web applications with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of scalability regarding both technical performance and team processes.
• Experience or interest in fintech, billing systems, or payment rails.
• Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• English and Russian proficiency required.
