Salary: $143,000 - $193,000

What you will do

• Manage the Google alliance programs at the corporate level and support the sales and marketing teams.
• Develop a global strategy for the programs supporting the overall vision of the collaboration.
• Plan and execute GTM activities in collaboration with Google and hirify.global sales and marketing teams.
• Manage joint programs with strategic channel partners and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Programs and projects developed.
• Support sales and marketing teams with the creation of Google-focused programs, projects, and business positioning.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of the partnership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of combined experience in program management, project management, product development, sales, or business development roles.
• Experience in defining and managing go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience with project or program management.
• Direct experience with building and managing alliances, particularly with Google, or other major companies like Microsoft, Cisco, Apple, or Amazon.
• Familiarity with videoconferencing, Unified Communications, and collaboration markets.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Program/Project Management, or Product or like degree, MBA a plus.
